This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, air conditioning, and friendly 24-hour reception. The staff helped me find my lost barrette during my first stay, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend it!

I had a three-night stay in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds Non-Smoking. The first night, I noticed the bathroom needed a good scrubbing. The toilet seat didn't fit right, and there were dirty marks on the doorframe. The tub had cracks, and the shower wasn’t properly cleaned. Housekeeping was less than accommodating when I asked for more towels. they only gave us one extra towel for four people. The rooms lacked sufficient pillows and blankets. The best part was the location. it was near plenty of food options. Unfortunately, the pool was closed, which was disappointing. I won't be returning due to the overall cleanliness issues and lack of amenities.

Just a fine choice for a transient visit in Jacksonville and great for the money. Staff were friendly during check-in and helped me with my questions. Bring your own toiletries just in case, as basics might be missing.

Affordable Stay with Major Drawbacks
While the price was appealing, the overall experience was disappointing. The rooms needed serious cleaning, and I dealt with a leaking toilet for days. The staff tried their best, but it felt like they were overwhelmed. Consider bringing extra towels and checking for cleanliness before settling in.

Convenient location and friendly staff
I stayed here for a brief visit to see family, and I appreciated the friendly staff and the convenient location near restaurants and shopping. The room was spacious and the sheets were clean, which was great. However, the hotel could use some updates, as it felt a bit tired and noisy at night due to thin walls. Overall, it's a decent place if you just need somewhere affordable to sleep.

Spent three nights here, and oh my, the bed was like a cloud! The room was quite spacious, but seriously, just one pillow? I felt like Goldilocks with a shortage of fluff.
The breakfast was a splash of disappointment—milk from a fridge like it was on life support! One sip of that orange juice, and I was questioning my life choices.

Had a great time with friends while staying here! We loved visiting the Jacksonville Commons Recreation Center and the Onslow Vietnam Veterans Memorial. The staff was friendly, and the clean linens made our stay enjoyable. The location was super convenient, and we felt safe throughout our trip.
The only downside was the air conditioner in our room. it was noisy and reminded me of a lawn mower when it kicked on.

A stay filled with frustrations
The front desk staff were kind and tried to help throughout our visit, always greeting us with warm smiles that uplifted our spirits.
However, our room was riddled with issues, musty odors, a leaking toilet, and unclean amenities that marred our overall experience.
